You agree to use only the promotional resources provided by Deals.thesinstyle and to promote them in a lawful and ethical manner. Any form of deceptive or misleading promotion is strictly prohibited.

4. COMMISSION ARRANGEMENT

Affiliates will earn commissions based on qualified sales generated through their unique affiliate links. The commission structure, rates, and payment information will be outlined in the affiliate platform and are subject to change at the discretion of Deals.thesinstyle.

5. PAYMENT PROCESS

Commissions will be paid according to the payment schedule specified in the affiliate platform. Payment methods and thresholds may change, and it is the responsibility of the affiliate to provide accurate payment information.

6. FTC COMPLIANCE

Affiliates must comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including guidelines from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). It is mandatory to disclose your affiliate relationship and any compensation received when promoting Deals.thesinstyle.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIONS

Affiliates must refrain from engaging in activities that could harm the reputation of Deals.thesinstyle. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to, spamming, using illegal or unethical marketing methods, and participating in fraudulent activities.

8. DURATION AND TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause. Deals.thesinstyle reserves the right to end an affiliate’s participation in the program if they violate the terms of this agreement.

9. AMENDMENTS

Deals.thesinstyle reserves the right to modify the terms of this Affiliate Policy at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation implies acceptance of the updated terms.

10. APPLICABLE LAW

This Affiliate Policy is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
